In any case, my guess is that TG will start - at the latest - in around 2 months from the end of TGS with the attack on Lan's army. The Forsaken are sure that TG is very, very close. For example Moridin says in TGS, prologue: "Perhaps the Great Lord will find some use for her in the coming weeks [...]", which might indicate that it's only some weeks yet till TG.
