Rand and the Ashaman that in order to win the last battle they need to work with the women who channel saidar.

The conversation surrounding Callandor is the first real knowledge I have seen Cadsuane possess that no other A.S. has. I mean seriously, is teaching someone respect and manners really that unique of a position for A.S.

Cadsuane was the motivator behind putting Tam in the same room as Rand which ultimately resulted in one busted Sa'Angreal, forcing the weapon of choice for the Dragon Reborn to be Callandor (which requires both powers to be used effectively). Rand will finally understand the amazing potential of the two powers being channeled together because of Cadsuane and he will force whatever Ashamen he has left to circle up with A.S. durring the last battle.

The Dude

Except that cooperation and working togheter as equals has never been on Cadsuane's agenda..
