Here is Chap 46 of Shadow Rising, Moghedien compelling Nynaeve and Elayne

On the other hand here is Rand asking Egwene for the location of rebel Aes Sedai
"Egwene opened her mouth -- and realized that she was about to tell him all she knew about Salidar. Barely in time she clamped her teeth shut..."
With the taveren effect there is no desire to please and no made up reasons, as there was with Tuon and Rand.
