Moridin. Well, not really pity but more of a twinge of something related to pity. I don't know, it was just something about him sitting there all melancholy, being completely open and honest with Rand. Plus the fact that he wants existence to end is kind of haunting. But still Rand needs to balefire him back to the stone ages


Even in the beginning, Ishamael wanted the destruction of everything. I think he's merely starting to feel the gravity of the situation now that the moment has finally arrived.
