I think it was Moghedien that was balefired in Natrin's Barrow fortress/palace, not Graendal.

She is the only other female Forsaken talented enough in Compulsion and made frequent use of it to be used for Moridin's plans. Moghedien is expendable, Graendal is still a valuable asset.
