Seperating this out from the pro/con Egwene thread to discuss the attack on the tower.
I can't see how the Seanchan could take this as anything, but a great success.
1. They've come out with a comparable number of damane after their losses.
2. They've inflicted damages on their most hated enemy capturing AS.
3. They've captured a leader (even if she was greatly flawed).
And most importantly -
4. They'll most likely have access to Travelling soon.
As others have stated, if a single Ra'ken/To'raken made it back to Ebou Dar with Elaida, with a single bleeding Sul'dam who takes of the a'dam just long enough to croak 'She can Travel' before dying, the Seanchan would be doing the happy happy joy joy song. And they did a lot better then that.
More interesting the attack was a raid though. You could say Egwene's dream from TSR, of Sul'dam's collaring a long line of AS is fulfilled (at a stretch, it's not like they captured 300 ala the Wise Ones at Malden), but what about 'and forcing them to call lightning against the White Tower' bit? Will Suffa be back in TV sooner then anyone thinks?
Rand is slated to both face the Amyrlin Seat and know her anger AND bind the Nine Moons to him. A full Seanchan attack on the Tower, whilst Rand is berated by Egwene for trying to make peace with the Seanchan, leading Tuon to be captured and forced to swear on the oath rod, binding her to him until the last battle is over looks a reasonable possibility for ToM.

IMO the Seanchan take over Randland, but Rand forces them to drop the damane practices.

I think they'll see it as a draw or minor victory

The Seanchan are likely to feel the same way Egwene did
