I just finished tGS last night and, in addition to being a fanboy getting his fix, I was very impressed by how well put together it was. I noticed a few places where charaters were not quite themselves, but except for BS relying on Mat for too much comic relief (needed though it might have been in regards to the novel's balance)I do not think anyone could have done better in attempting to blend their style with Mr. Jordan's. But enough about that.
What continuity errors bothered you? Not shifts in character or seeing BS's hand too heavily, but little things. Things that even RJ forgot on occasion. I'm not doing this to gripe- I'm just curious to see what I missed.

There were many small ones that will no doubt be corrected in later editions when they are pointed out to Maria and Brandon, like Rand calling Bashere cousin of Tenobia. He's her uncle, Faile is her cousin.
There are a few bigger ones. One that jumped at me, because I've researched this for a map of Tar Valon, is that Brandon completely bungled Bryne's siege.
Bryne's army was never encircling Egwene's camp. He was assieging the city and cutting all accesses!!! He divided it in large groups that occupy each of the bridge towns, with large reserve camps on both sides of the Erinin and close to the river and the towns, so enough extra soldiers could be rushed to any bridge should Chubain attempted a sortie.
It was those camps and the outposts that Gawyn was raiding during KOD.
It's not beyond recuperation - Brandon would have to add mentions that Bryne was asked by the Hall to move some of his army back to around the Aes Sedai camp, and remove the implication in the prologue that the camp was always organized this way. The one change that a lot of people noticed and led a lot to believe that the bonded Asha'man had to have arrived, since there was no army around the camp in KOD.
Another geographical mistake, much smaller, is Gawyn referring a few times to Dorlan as "a city". It's an out of the way flyspeck village of perhaps 15 houses!
It's also implied that Dorlan is on the eastern shore near an abandonned road that used to lead to Hardan (south of Shienar), since a ton of people coming from Cairhien/Kinslayer's Dagger all ended up there. Mysteriously, Brandon had Gawyn leave Dorlan and "after two days of riding" arrive with his horse to Egwene's camp on the western shore.

I'd be careful about going down that line of reasoning, though...
