He wants to tell Egwene about his plan, but she conveniently shushes him. He may stick around TV for a little while, but I'm betting he leaves to find Rand in short order.
Which chapter is it? Egwene's last PoV in the main part of the book? I'll have to re-read it again
I was annoyed at Gawyn so my vision may have gone cloudy during that part, heh. (Though, overall in the book he didn't bother me)
Twice I believe - he tries to talk to her when she emerges from her tent after her rescue IIRC and she says something like "not now" and he says something like "we need to talk at some point"
He also then expects to follow her in for her coronation, but says nowt. He's not mentioned again
I do wonder if her dismissal of him in the aftermath is the decision that sends him down the road to death etc a la her Dreams
