I do not think the forces of light will have an overall leader. For a single overall leader to emerge would require all the different factions to combine, which will not happen.


It certainly looks that way now. On the other hand, the Finn's, who saw all of Rand's possible futures, see that the only way to win TG is for all the nations to be one. Now maybe that oneness does not include military oneness or maybe Rand will lose TG, but I doubt both.
