I've been reading peoples posts on dragonmount and over here, and I grew confused over some peoples posts.
I've always been under the impression that anyone can get into TAR by falling asleep. This assumption comes from the fact that there was nothing inherently special about Egwene when she first entered, she simply came by the ter'angreal. When amys sees her there she asks her to come for training.
Amys assumed that egwene could enter by just falling asleep, when she was actually using the ring. then she was taught how, and then later found out she was a dreamer.
But I see peoples posts and they think that when the forsaken meet in TAR they meet in the flesh.
my own assumption due to the quotes in the series (like demandred thinking that they must be using learning ter'angreal to enter tar and thats why they look like ghosts)
so which is it
can anyone enter with the proper training and that you have to actually see prophetic dreams to be a dreamer.
or
is entering TAR alone what makes you a dreamwalker and only certain people can learn?
