So I'm not here yet on my re-read, but I started thinking about it last night for whatever reason.
When Faile is captured by the Shaido, working as a slave, there were 3 pulses where she and everyone in the camp felt like they were about to be unmade.
What caused this? Was it a balescream? (if that was something RJ had considered at the time, and not something BS made up for tGS) A bubble of evil? Or something else?
I'm sure this question has been asked before but, if so, I seem to have missed the answer.
