Lol. Haha. Well lots of people do think he was heading there, what with lesbian characters being so often unpleasant. In a similar vein the female Forsaken could be said to have suffered relatively worse fates than men. Sammael and Demandred simply die, they do not become slaves like Moghedien (my absolute favourite!), get supernaturally raped like Mesaana or lose their free will like Graendal.

Actually, all three of them do. You could argue, however, that from a sexist standpoint, Baalthamel suffered the worst fate imaginable, worse than even the rapes (assuming Aran'gar & Osen'gar were not similarly treated before their release into the world).

Balthamel was the kind of man than treated women like objects. He prided himself in his "conquests". Being placed in a female body was no more or less ironic than what the DO did to Graendal by putting her in an old and hideous body or playing off of Aginor's insecurity and placing him in a completely unremarkable body. Lanfear became physically childlike in appearance. Only Moridin came back in a body that wasn't specifically chosen to be part of his punishment. I think the idea was that each of the transmigrated Forsaken would believe their punishment for failure was the worst possible punishment.

Domani Drag Queen in the White Tower ... Aran'gar watch out!
