I must say I enjoy the ++5 and ++6 that no one will ever get to occupy (as well as the bottom one third of female strength almost).

Maybe you can add the strong males who aren't Forsaken, and Taim

Of course, Morgase should be the lowest level. If you can only touch saidar 1 in a 1000 times then you are barely a functional channeler. Unless Moiraine can only touch saidar 1 in 2000 times?
