I haven't read any of your posts on previous books yet, but a question that comes to mind based on just one and your comments about Sanderson: after this whole meticulous analysis, can you draw any conclusions about Jordan's view of Egwene, and on any possible differences between his view and Sanderson's?
I've always generally agreed with your dislike of Egwene, if not nearly as vehemently, and wondered if her Mary Sue tendencies were intentional to set her up as a heroine, or really a reverse thing to set her up as the self-obsessed pain in the ass she is to you, to me and to many other readers.
