I only brought up the Wise One aging thing as a tangent.

It is worth nothing that in the notes, per Terez, Moiraine's strength after her time with the Finns is the lowest strength level. She is weaker than Morghase, and weaker than Sorelia. She doesn't have any difficulty grasping the source, of course. I suspect Moiraine is about as strong as Leanne was with Forkroot, and that Morghase/Sorelia would be around where Egwene was with Forkroot.
