Honestly I think my entire Wheel of Time experience wouldn't be what it is today without the internet. Sites such as Wotmania.com and Dragonmount.com have helped me connect with people who have the same passion for the Wheel of Time that I do. In my opinion this community wouldn't be the same without its online aspect.
Whereas I would have read the books without the internet, the experience has definitely been a lot more fun with the online community. Outside of Wotmania, I only know 2 or 3 people who have read the whole series.
