I'm just wondering, can you link to these places she makes the remarks? I'm curious but I'd have to dig through and I feel it'd be easier to ask.
In general, just about any chapter wherein a female is spanked or some sort of "one gender only" institution is highlighted or anyone makes a joke or quotes an old saying about the differences between men and women will feature a disproportionate amount of commentary on the reviewer's stance on gender issues.

Her rant about why ships are called "she" was fucking great. Oh, let me look up this fact that has practically nothing to do with the plot and spend all this time on it. She didn't even talk about the chapter at all, in fact. Fuck that lady
