Was this all just revealed in AMoL as a gimme, or is my memory even worse than I thought?
Cadsuane told Rand about Callandor being flawed back in aPoD, that it needed two women and a man, with a woman in control. I believe Rand figured out about the rest of the flaws off-screen.
