I don't really think that you can exceed the Forsaken in skill.

Only point is that we've seen the Forsaken outstripped in specific skills. We already know that the Windfinders have exceeded the best of the Age of Legends' Aes Sedai skills with altering the weather. We also know that while the current Age has Healers whose training is lesser than that of the Age of Legends' channelers, there are channelers such as Nynaeve who've done things the Forsaken considered impossible. While the Forsaken are better trained overall, I no longer think the Age of Legends had reached the pinnacle of what is possible in channeling. They reached a high point but I often compare them to Victorian Era people and Renaissance Era people - neither is at the apex of cultural achievement, and there are individuals of both that are exemplars of human ability.

I really hate to bring up strength in the OP, but thankfully it doesn't regard Egwene or any women. - 04/12/2012 06:01:45 AM 1678 Views

Aginors defeat could be a result of multiple factors. So can Ishmaels - 07/12/2012 01:24:18 PM 826 Views
Regardless, Rand was clearly in the same strength category when Aginor and he faced off - 07/12/2012 03:03:04 PM 775 Views
