being able to manhandle any man if they were all that weak. Looking at 130 strength we know that is not strong enough to overcome a Forsaken skill level Channeler. Even in a circle with all that implies they would still struggle to overcome one such as Asmodean or Rand. Much more likely the weaker Sisters are in the 15-20 range which would make a circle of 13 more than 2x any Channeler and then adding the benefits of a circle would make this a complete mismatch.
