Proof? Quotes? The only thing I recall is Elayne talking about possibly cutting her life in half, and that is only comparing the longest lived sister to one of the Kin. We don't know that the Oath Rod cuts their lives in half as an absolutely proportionate thing, for all we know, it simply puts a limit of 250 years from the time of use on everyone who uses it. Since almost all sisters swear before their first century, no one correlates their ends of lives (also many go off to die alone, so no one knows their exact end dates)

Thus the strongest AS live the longest. Cadsuane, Mylene and Romanda are the oldest women we've seen save for Gitara and they are all at the top of the hierarchy.

The oldest we've seen whose ages we know. There are no records of sisters matching the Kin, but if strength mattered, should it not have allowed the sisters of prior generations and greater strength to top them? According to Cadsuane, her strength was not extraordinary even a few centuries ago.
