It's clear that Jason at Dragonmount already has a finished book, so if advance copies are starting to go out then it's just a question of how fast they can get copies printed and to distributors.
Terez or one of the other DM regulars may know for sure, but Jason may have been a beta reader again this time around. Even if not, Brandon could email him with the manuscript as an attachment easily enough.
The more I think about it, the more I think the first or second week of December is most likely at this point: far enough in the future for Tor to make any necessary logistical arrangements and far enough away from Christmas to capitalize on the pre-holiday sales boost.
