It all comes together really nicely, and has the virtue of simplicity as well (at least in tying everything to one character like that).

I like it too. I'm just not confident, if this is the case, that we'll ever see it carried through to its conclusion. Unless we get a scene where Cyndane thinks about her entire plot in extremely obvious terms...
