She seems certain that he will not fall for traps anymore. Could this be because her own damsel in distress plot failed off-screen? If so that is a little wierd that BS would introduce it at the end of ToM only to have it already fail by the prologue of AMoL.
But her tone reminds me of an angry lanfear. She rants about how she wants him to rot and his bones to bleach in the sun. I think she has just left a meeting with Moridin in the Town (hence Moridin walking in the street). I also think that her black dress with red trim (Moridin's colors) are a clue that it is Cyndane who is all but the property of Moridin right now. Still the damsel in distress thing from the lsat book gives me pause...
Next I lean toward Graendal. She could be so filled with rage at her new situation that she would have both the demeanor and the anger described by Isam. Also, it may explain why she studies her disguise in Isam's glass- remembering what it was like to not be hideous.

A little learning is a dangerous thing.

The Red Veils seem to be the Male Aiel who can Channel. Those that go to "Kill Site Blinder"

I found the Isam stuff more interesting, frankly. It seems to contradict The Shadow Rising.

I think it was Cyndane, and perhaps we got there the solution to other unsolved mysteries...
