...it's been repeated often enough that a person can't be so deep into the Shadow that they can't find the Light.


That's already been explored, in the case of Ingtar in TGH.


But... it's been repeated a LOT and Ingtar just doesn't seem important enough.

I can't really imagine one of the Forsaken turning, though. Maybe Cyndane sacrificing herself for LTT/Rand, but that's about it.
