Perhaps Moggy destroyed some of the standing flows, though I doubt she managed to completely eradicate them. I've always attributed the loss of the standing flows to the DO's touch. Just like various wards are beginning to fail because of his influence, so too did the standing flows of the AoL weaken and falter because of the DO's increasing presence.
