She seems to have been corrupted by the Evil of Aridhol (TM). First, she was lost when he tried to leave in LoC,Ch21. If a group Aiel can't find you, you are either not there anymore (i.e. you are killed and/or disappeared in thin air), or you're an Aiel yourself trying to hide. Why hide, unless you have a reason to hide. She may have been caught in glimpses of glory and riches, just as Mat almost was in EofW.
That makes sense. I guess the madness came later, again as with Mat
Secondly, she snarled at Rand when he sees her in ACoS,Ch41. That indicates she doesn't want to have him near her. Why then seek him out in the first place? I would say to make sure he's not trying to steal her "riches".
I don't think she sought him out, it was more a matter of right place / right time. Whether that's just coincidence or Rand being ta'veren could be open to interpretation.
She then tries to run away from Rand. I guess that can be put down to remembering her duty to Rand, and her honour as a maiden.
It all stinks of EoA to me.
