Your opening statement supports what I said. Some people just don't enjoy book 7. I believe I am in that category.
It's been years since I've read WoT. After re-finishing LoC I tried to think of what is coming up and all I could remember was the cleansing of saidin in book 9.
Then I read your list. And you haven't changed my mind.
Nothing you listed compares to the ending of LoC or the ending of WH.
(That's my opinion, anyway!)
