Hello! I was reading KoD the other day for the first time in a couple years, and noticed the balescream(s) that swept through the Shaido camp when Faile was still imprisoned.
I was discussing this with some friends last night, and we decided that it had to originate from either the Seanchan or Sharan civil wars.
Does anyone have any more information about this? Is there any other mention of it in the books? From RJ or Bsand? And where do you think it most likely originated from?

For them to feel it but it not be commented on by others implies that it was a large amount of Balefire being used locally. I can't remember what the political geography around them is like though
