Brandon is saying that the editing of TOM was so rushed/intensive that Harriet got so tired it took her six months to recover afterward.

That's not good for her, that's not good for the series, and that's not good for us. TOM reads precisely like a book so rushed the editor might need six months to recover from afterward...
