I tried making a list. That was impossible. Then I tried separating them into 3 categories (good, okay, bad) but the list became a bit lopsided because I sort of like them all.

It's been a while since I last read a WoT book, back when ToM came out. I'm fond of them but there are better books out there, and those I haven't read. But I still can't rate them.

Wasn't it Robert Jordan who mused in For Whom the Bell Tolls that the German word for dead sounds the best?
