Everyone else gets their moment to shine, but I like the thought of Egwene getting major vindication since there are so many haters. Let's say that Rand is close to making the same mistakes that Lews Therin did since he assumes that he needs to be right and Egwene arrives just in time to tell him that reality is not so simple, and she figures out a way for him to win in time for him to use it. Rand returns and they both agree that he deserves to "die" so that he could live in peaceful anonymity.
Demandred trips on his way to Tarmon Gaidon and accidentally impales himself on Mat's ashandarei. All of his plans never get realized.
The Seanchan Empire is dealt a devastating blow when Tuon is collared and made a damane by a darkfriend, and it only recovers when Rand & Mat rescue her, and she goes to the Tower to train, eventually learning that channelers are people too. The Seanchan Empire fades and it becomes less focused on world domination and more focused on building a world government.
Graendal, Lanfear/Cyndane and Moghedien survive to keep evil alive and give fanfiction writers and RPG game designers evil villains to fight.
After the Bore blows up, the Ogier dance around bonfires in their groves, the Illuminators set off fireworks and everyone dances. Oops, that was from the "Return of the Jedi".
The only people aware that Rand is alive are Aviendha, Egwene and Elayne. Min leaves with Rand and is the wife that is with him most often, while the others Travel to see him occasionally.
Nynaeve is an important figure that ends up negotiating the Ashaman to join the Aes Sedai due to her bravery on the front lines, and both become Egwene's advisors. The Amyrlin Seat is made into a sex-neutral position, so in time, the Ashaman become Aes Sedai and male and female channelers are Raised to the seat.
