Are there any PoVs you really don't like?
If so, which characters feature most prominently in those sections?
Does that make you angry? (As in, you really love Avi, but can't stand Elayne? Vice versa? You get it.)
Do you ever let yourself skip? Skim?
Conversely, what are your favorite PoVs?
Do you read them more than is called for?
I know we've talked about this before, but I'm re-reading KoD, and it's making me intensely curious. Especially for you new people I don't know.^.^

Gawyn is a good one to hate, um, I'm not honestly a huge Rand fan. I actually don't always love the Mat POVs. I like Mat as a character, and he and Nynaeve keep me laughing, but sometimes his storylines are so uninteresting to me. I mean, even with Tuon, I just kind of was like... eh. I also wasn't blown away by Tuon. The "Toy" thing irritated me, and I really just wish she would get with the freaking program and grow some hair... Everybody knows she's just trying to hide the fact that her hair is to texture what Liquid Plumber is to taste.
It is irritating, because I really like Cadsuane, and she mostly just features into the Rand chapters. Oh, also, did I forget to mention I hate Min? Because I do. I hate her like Min hates not being a useless vision-plagued sex addict who causes the man she loves to get his hand burned off. Also, about the sex he and Min frequently have... I just really feel like he needs to be with Aviendha. Min's constant referral to him as sheepherder bothered me. I had my fill of that with Lan, thank you very much. Anyone who calls someone by their profession is just out with me.
Yeah, when re-reading only (and only when I'm not seriously re-reading the series, just kind of like for fun), I normally skip huge chunks of anything I'm not interested in.
My favorite PoV is Nynaeve. I've felt for her and with her from the first book. I thought her name was awesome on the first mention, not to bring up the fact she got the cool title of "Wisdom", but then her first PoV chapter cemented the deal. I've been in her corner ever since. She makes me laugh constantly. She's probably one of my favorite literary characters period.
I did like Perrin's, but once Faile came that ended. Not even her particularly, just the way it took him so freaking long to get how she wanted to be treated. Jesus, I know it's hard to believe, but try it out at least! I wanted to hit him.
I pretty much love politics in WoT, so any Aes Sedai chapter I like. Alviarin is ten kinds of awesome, and her and Elaida as the dream team of death to the Tower was just a great situation all around. Romanda really impressed me in KoD. I was pretty sure I hated her, but now I just think she's definitely one of those Aes Sedai who can be redeemed into being a major help to the light.
Actually, Morgase didn't bother me at all. I know she made incredibly bad decisions, but I feel like she just got out of an incredibly bad situation and probably wasn't thinking clearly. Maybe if I was a monarch I'd just destroy my country with no time to spare, but I read her reasons and I understood why she did everything she did. The window scene in "The Irrevocable Words" always touched me.
Galad was cool too, actually, another one I wasn't expecting.
Galina was fascinating to me. I really wanted her to break free. I have no legitimate reason for that, and I understand she deserved her fate, but I was rooting for her.
I like Moridin POVs, they fascinate me. It's like a little peak into madness. Actually, all of the Forsaken POVs are good. Especially Graendal. I think she's genius.
