Okay, just wondering. How are you going to enjoy the final novel of this epic series? Questions:
1. When did you start reading WOT? Year and what were you doing in life.
2. Where is your life now and where will it be in early 2012, when aMoL comes out?
3. Will you pick up the book the first day it is out? If no, when will you?
4. Will you read it as quickly as possible or linger with it since it is the end of an era (why/why not)?
5. Where will you read the book, i.e., what is your go-to location?
6. Do you think we have read the last of the WOT world or does Harriet have something up her sleeve for the future?

1) Sometime between the release of tPoD and WH. I'm honestly not sure exactly when. I was in the 7th or 8th grade.
2) I'm out of college, married, and working in the IT field which I've pretty much always wanted to do. In early 2012 it will be much the same I imagine.
3) I will pick up the book the first day it's out. Earlier if I happen to see it on a shelf in a bookstore early like some people found ToM.
4) I'm going to be taking a few days off of work specifically for the release of AMoL. I will read it straight through virtually nonstop (only breaks will be if I'm driving to grab some lunch). I did the same thing for ToM. I will then likely digest it/religiously haunt message boards for a few days before starting a more leisurely re-read.
5) At home mostly, probably on the couch or our bedroom. Exception will be if I go out to grab some lunch somewhere, in which case I'll bring the book with me and read it there as well.
6) We'll get a new Encyclopedia, but I highly doubt the "outriggers" or prequels will be written. I hope they don't because they probably won't be up to par, but if they do I will buy and read them like a good little lemming.

Interesting comment about WoT not having any "enduring value".....

Taking off from work? That's a pretty cool idea! End the series in style! *NM*
