1. January of 1998, so just starting the second half of my senior year of high school. I was on the air plane heading back home.
2. Finished college and grad school, working full-time as a software developer. Married for eight years with five kids ages 2 to 6.5 and #6 on the way. Next year I expect to be doing the same thing.
3. On the first day because I have a Barnes and Noble membership, which gives me an additional discount on top of the 10% discount they already do on the first day or so of a book's release.
4. Quickly... that's just the way I read books. I'll probably have other books I'll want to get to, also.
5. Walking to and from work and lying in bed.
6. I think she's considering the possibility of having Mat and Tuon's later story told, but not very seriously. Starting a new series (even if it's in the same world) isn't the same as finishing a masterpiece.
