If it's only one, then definitely Aran'gar. And I'm thinking Rand will kill her. We will see.

If two, then I'd add Mesaana to the list, but I think it more likely she will be captured and tried than killed outright, unless she breaks cover and attacks.

I think Graendal will be instrumental in getting her new partner (Aran'gar) killed, but she will probably escape unharmed. I think it more likely she will be captured than killed. But Aran'gar is going down, somehow.

Demandred seems to be perfectly safe for the moment - I expect him to either go out in the next book or hang in till the dear end. Moridin, probably safe till the end. Semirhage seems safe for a while...but she might get randomly killed somehow. Same with Moghedien and Cyndane. No hints.
