Well I don't think B.S. did as lousy a job as so many people seem to think. But let's face it, a lot of those people bitching about him would have done so, no matter who had been brought in. I've enjoyed the last two books and I am looking forward to the finale. I just look at it as though the original teller had to leave the Inn and someone else who happened to have already heard the whole tale took up the telling of it. Its not perfect but its not that bad.
I would have settled for a publication of Mr. Jordan's notes, so desperate was I to know how the story ended when I learned of his death. I think Brandon has done an admirable job trying to adapt to a style that is not his own, and fleshing out a story in a way that is as true to form as possible. I do catch Sanderson-isms everywhere, but in between them, I forget that its not Jordan.
