So some Seanchan prophecies are correct, and contradictory prophecies exist and are apparently accepted as equally valid from a narrative point of view. Why, then, must we assume that the Seanchan prophecies are automatically all wrong? Perhaps he does need to kneel to the Crystal Throne, for some reason we don't know of yet.
There is a big discussion about this somewhere in the past if you want to go looking and as such I won't repeat all of it. But basically its not that the Seanchan prophecies as a whole are wrong. Some have come true already.
The only prophecy that we KNOW is false is the kneeling one, because we have had sufficient proof in the series to show that this particulas prophecy was altered by Ishamael. Basically Ishy was active and controlling Hawking when Hawking sent Luthair to the Seanchan continent. Ishy made sure that all the copies of the Karatheon cycle that went with Luthair were corrupted. It is explicitly said that before that, neither the copies in the Seanchan nor the copies in Randland had any mention of kneeling.
When we take these facts, that Ishy was active, and that when Luthair arrived _ONLY_ the copy of the prophecies with him mentions kneeling, it is easy to see that Ishy was playing a long game and made up the kneeling prophecy to try and turn the Seanchan against the dragon in the future.
