...i've said this before, but i'll say it again. the freaking out over women dying for him is stupid. they aren't dying for him. they're dying to help save the world from the dark one. most of those women never met him or gave a carp about him personally. they're following the title, not the person. ...


And since he is the son of a Maiden, they DO care for him as either a son or brother.
