The balance at the end of the third age has already come: three stubborn untrained farmboys are the three most important players of the light. Not a single woman comes near their importance. And despite all the women bitching around them: they make things move, they safe women left right and centre from their foolishness. And they hardly ever alter behaviour in response to female criticism.

The only woman who rivals their success is of course Egwene (just a joke!)
