The only accusations that were made against Taim were that he's essentially training Dark Rands.
Actually, the accusation (coming from Logain's report in KoD) was that Taim is building his own private army and undermining Rand's authority. No amount of wordplay can lightly explain that. Why does he have secret classes with certain men and not others? What happens during those classes? Simple questions with no easy answer.
