That could be just as easily fixed by having a few dedicated proofreaders. Tom Send a noteboard - 27/04/2011 10:53:49 PM
Maria, Harriet, a couple of over-the-top geeks and a good proofreader could have fixed all these issues without Sanderson re-reading the entire series in what looks like it will now take him a full year to accomplish.
Political correctness is the pettiest form of casuistry.

– Procopius

Is it just me, or is Sanderson's re-read of WoT taking an inordinate amount of time? - 25/04/2011 08:35:10 PM 2134 Views
I would prefer it if he re-read it 5 times. I don't mind waiting. - 25/04/2011 08:41:31 PM 1100 Views
Same - 26/04/2011 01:12:58 AM 967 Views

My problems with the series have little or nothing to do with Sanderson. - 27/04/2011 10:50:15 PM 831 Views
Why should you care. Just stop reading the series. - 28/04/2011 09:45:17 PM 940 Views
It's not like he's just reading for the hell of it. - 25/04/2011 09:31:18 PM 1160 Views
Then what the hell is Maria being employed for? *NM* - 27/04/2011 10:50:46 PM 441 Views
As a backup that he can go to when he can't take time to reread. - 27/04/2011 11:15:48 PM 864 Views
He probably doesn't think he can afford to skim; which bits are the trivial ones? - 26/04/2011 04:36:56 AM 897 Views
Sanderson of all people should know what bits are trivial by now - 27/04/2011 10:52:00 PM 761 Views
Maybe, but better safe than sorry. - 28/04/2011 03:28:19 PM 815 Views
Trivial is in the eye of the beholder. - 28/04/2011 09:52:52 PM 855 Views

Oh, I don't mind how much time he spends. - 27/04/2011 05:07:42 AM 752 Views

It'd be interesting to see his desk - 27/04/2011 05:10:28 AM 856 Views
Heh. No kidding. - 27/04/2011 04:18:53 PM 809 Views
I prefer him to complete his re-read and have enough time for a good series of round(s) for editing - 26/04/2011 05:06:22 PM 1017 Views
