I've thought that too at times, but it never seemd to fit. Perrin and Faile have the Two-Rivers, and it has now been made an official "House" in Andor. The two location are too far apart to meke one land, and I can not see Perrin ever abandoning the Two-Rivers.
But in this setup, it's Perrin who is the main player and Faile who is more of a hanger-on. If Faile became queen, she would have the power in the relationship and Perrin would be reduced to a supporting position.
This second setup strikes me as more of RJ's style, thus, I still think that it's going to happen by the end.
Will Tenobia marry Logain?

How would marrying an insignificant queen = glory? Logain has already bettered that. *NM*
