I may be misremembering, but I think I read a JordanCon report in which Sanderson mentioned that the first scene of the prologue (the one for which RJ recorded his own narration) wouldn't be showing up in the form the audience heard it. It could be that RJ got it in finished form after he made the recording, but I would guess not.
The Prologue is better than Tears from Steel, FYI. That is all.

I highly doubt it. Even if he did write the basic story, Sanderson appears to have had a hand in it
