I don't know if this has been discussed on here, but something came to me as I was re-reading LoC today.
The Aiel mention that men who learn they can channel go north to the Blight, "to kill the Dark One".
It seems probable that the red-veiled Aiel we see in ToM might be Aiel who were found in the blight and turned with 13 BA and 13 Myrrdraal.
Thoughts?

Yes its possible but I like to think of the red veiled Aiel mystery as already solved. In the last book we saw the forsaken or shadow forces directly using the Portal Stones. Also in Greandal's last scene right before SH took her she thought about fleeing by Portal Stone to a mirror world. I think these Aiel are an army of Aiel from a mirror world. I would like to think that Demandred's plan was to use them in the blight against Rand's Aiel. They will probably be even matched and might have there own channeling force behind them if not dreadlords. I believe we will be seeing alot more of them in the finale.
Also use the search function and look up some of the old threads there are a bunch of them about this topic. Easy to look up "red veiled aiel". Try it, cause there was a ton of discussion under multiple threads a few months back.

I think they are Ael-Finn since they are descibed with sharpened teeth.
