I'll be happy to give you a thoughtful reply. It's just that what you posted was pretty slim. Although you can do as you please, when a thought like that occurs to me, it seems it shouldn't get posted until it's been developed into a full post.

If my theory were shallow, had a big flaw early on, or would just take too long to write, I would handle it another way. It wouldn't become its own post, and I'd just wait for someone else's post on the board - one to which it would make an appropriate reply...

Of course, my way of doing things is hardly perfect. Sorry if my prior response sounded rude...
