Do you expect the Aiel population to remain small after hundreds of years?
In Avi's vision, the first generation immediately after the LB has a large population, not just the later generations. in order for that Queen to be Elayne's granddaughter that means Elayne's twins had to have died as well as Elayne herself. I find it hard to believe that not only did Elayne die "young" but also her first daughter. Avi's quads are paired with Elayne's grandaughter. That is evidence enough of a different time of birth at the least leaving at least a possible two normal generations and more than likely two channeling lifetimes to pass before the Quad's make their move. Now the peace treaty itself that avi's kids destroy is evidence enough that there should be no cause for Elayne or anyone else to die in battle as the Peace so to speak will be made at Merrilor prior to TG and that Elayne will obviously not have her babies for sometime after.
