Prediction based on a close reading of Alivia's future

Min said that Alivia would do something specific, and there was no sense of "probability" about the moment. The "will help Rand die" aspect of the vision gives me a particular idea.
This vision of Min's doesn't suggest that Alivia will do something evil. Yet it doesn't suggest that she's actually involved in defeating the DO or killing Forsaken or even stopping something from killing Rand.
Under what circumstances would it be a good thing to "help Rand die?" And how would someone as powerful and combat-hardened as Alivia help Rand die, as opposed to just killing Rand?
Well, I think Alivia will gentle Rand at a critical moment in the future. Given her excessive power, it's pretty clear that our favorite former damane's place in the story is determined by her ability with the Power.
Thinking about other possible actions Alivia could take doesn't really help - she's not known for any particular Talent, she's not known for strength in Healing, et al. Someone of her power is really good at fighting/stopping folks who are A+-level channelers.
And this makes me consider what her ability will contribute to, specifically, "helping Rand die." I think there's a very good chance that Rand will be used to seal the bore. They have to touch the Bore with something, right?
Rand's body itself (if not his soul) acts as a bridge between Creator and DO, between Randland and all the evil of Shaitan himself. It makes sense that Rand would be a sufficient "conduit" to be sacrificed so that Randland and Shaitan can remain separated. Given the nature of the role - the sacrifical lamb who is also a shepherd - it makes perfect thematic sense too. And Rand's sacrifice of himself has been foreshadowed since the very first novel in this series.
If Rand himself is the "keystone" that will need to be placed to Seal the Bore, it would fit with RJ's themes and ideas. Should this happen, the Lightside will want to avoid LTT's mistake - to avoid touching Shaitan with something that is still connected to the OP and Randland. Y'know, like cuendillar was.
If the Lightside needs to sacrifice Rand, and if they need to "disconnect" him from the OP (or Randland), then Alivia's role starts to fit in just fine. I think only a channeler of her power and skill will be able to cut Rand off from the True Source. I think that if she did so, it would be to "help" Rand die, by letting him perish without tainting the world that he's trying to save.

I like the body to seal the Bore idea. But I'd take it further and say it needs to be his soul.
