I was wondering why Elayne didn't throw her in the dungeon

The way Sylvase is described in one of the Elayne chapters has me thinking she is under compulsion from one of the Forsaken. I think either Moghedien or Lanfear/Cyndane is behind it.
Do you agree? What role do you see Sylvase playing? I personally think she will eventually get healed by Nynaeve, but I'm curious to see what her role will be in the next book. I think Sylvase (under compulsion) is the one who freed Hanlan and the BA in Caemlyn. She has enough power as a High Lady to do so and she has the resources at her disposal to accomplish the task. I've been asking myself who had the means to accomplish freeing the black sisters and the only person I can think of is Sylvase.

It was her man after all that freed the darkfriend black sisters (and killed the guards.

Decent theory, she is described as being 'stupid', which could be a compulsion side effect. *NM*
