It'd be more like a "coating" than a true intrinsic nature to the weapon...Which sounds wrong for the Power Wrought swords.
I mean, and they are "Power Wrought " Not "Power sharpened". I interpret that as wrought (made/forged) with the Power as a tool. Not as a grinder after the fact.
